Who AM I?

For as long as I can remember, fitness has played a huge part in my life — from playing football growing up to stepping into the gym at 16 and never looking back.

Since then, I’ve pushed myself through a range of personal challenges and milestones, including appearing as a contender on BBC’s Gladiators, and completing a 24-hour pull-up challenge with a 10kg vest for a world record attempt to raise money for veterans with PTSD.

These experiences have shaped the way I coach: with purpose, structure, and the mindset that progress is always possible — no matter where you’re starting from.

Now, I help everyday people build confidence, strength, and consistency through realistic training plans and supportive coaching that actually sticks.

My training philosophy:

Get in. Train hard. Get out.

Fitness should be apart of everyones life but unless you’re an aspiring athlete it should not be your life- it should enhance it. Set goals. Train smart. Eat well and you will see results.
